DESCRITIVO:
Colour harmony is considered as a reactive level emotional response which is based on a subjective feeling and peculiar to an individual. This peculiarity not only depends on the individual differences but also is influenced by cultural, contextual and perceptual factors. Relying on the subjectivity in colour harmony, many studies have been conducted in order to find out the underlying reasons in which colour combinations are perceived as pleasant and harmonious. The aim of this research is to reveal the ways in which the individuals think of and construe the two colour combinations as harmonious. It is expected to elicit the semantic descriptions of why two colour combinations are perceived in harmony. The outcome of the research will contribute to the academic and practical knowledge. The findings of the research will suggest certain information for further academic and scientific investigations on colour harmony studies.
